President Jay Kennett's Vision for 2008
Last December the Board of Directors met for our first meeting since the election of new members at the Associational Meeting in October. Our meeting included prayer, orientation to the board, business and a sharing of our hopes and dreams for the Association. We as a board have committed ourselves to being more available to the churches and to carrying forth the vision of Appreciative Inquiry and the unifying Spirit of God that was felt at our Annual Meeting. Our hopes and dreams reflect this commitment and I would like to share some of those dreams with you. Read Jay's vision for the ENCA.

Powers to Lead Southern Conference Church Development
It is no secret that the Southern Conference has fallen on hard times and lived to view those difficult times through the lens of hindsight. We, staff and conference leadership, have discussed and deliberated for a time how we could find a path toward transformation in the life of the church and conference. The time has now come.
